Saya Jewels Return Policy

At Saya Jewels, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns:

Returns must be requested within 48 hours of receiving and must be sent back within 14 days.

Jewellery must be in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition with all tags, packaging, and certificates included.

Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Process:

1. Contact us via Live chat or Email us on Hello@sayajewels.com with your order number and reason for the return.

2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and detailed return instructions.

3. Ship the item(s) securely in the original packaging to our return address. Please ensure the package is fully insured to cover any loss or damage during shipping. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.

4. Shipping fees for the return will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.

 

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, follow the return process and specify that you'd like an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Defective or Damaged Items:

If your jewellery arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, once the item is returned to us.
